Our company operates a system that regularly evaluate its processes and customer needs, statutory and regulatory requirements and has set quantifiable goals with plans in place to ensure that they are improved year on year.
Our policy within the company is to improve, on a continual basis, an effectively managed Quality Assurance programme, which will assure customers that the services supplied conform to the laid down procedures or disciplines of the company, which will ensure that we meet the customer’s needs and expectations.
Our management is firmly committed to the procedures stated in our manual, and the total participation of all personnel is mandatory. The policy of Quality Assurance is in place to ensure that the overall organisational goals of the company are met.
Our company goals are to ensure that the best possible service is supplied to our valued clients, and that we are able to meet their needs and requirements as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Our organisations’ aim is to ensure that changes required within the system are implemented through measuring and analysing customer feedback, supplier’s quality policy and any other areas which may require to be reviewed to meet the requirements of the standard. This is managed in an efficient and effective manner to ensure our system is fully understood and implemented throughout our company.
