It is our aim to ensure that the services provided to our customers consistently meet or exceed their expectations. The company operates a system that regularly evaluates its processes and customer and other interested party needs, statutory and regulatory requirements
It is the policy of the company to improve, on a continual basis, the effectiveness of its Quality Management System, which will assure customers that the services supplied conform to the laid down procedures or disciplines of the Company, which will ensure that we meet the customer’s needs and expectations
The management is firmly committed to the procedures stated in our manual including commitment to comply with Factory Production Control and ISO9001 and the total participation of all personnel is mandatory. This policy of Quality Assurance is in place to ensure that the overall organisational goals of the company are met.
The goals of this company are to ensure that the best possible service is supplied to our valued clients, and that we are able to meet their needs and requirements as effectively and efficiently as possible. We will set quality objectives, develop programmes for their achievement and review progress toward their achievement at management review and as and when appropriate.
The organisations’ aim over a period of three years is to ensure that changes required within the system are implemented through measuring and analysing key areas including customer satisfaction and feedback, external providers performance, risk and opportunities and any other areas which may require to be reviewed to drive continual improvement. This shall be managed in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the system is fully understood and implemented throughout the company.
